Pool/Club House:
1) Can we have a party at the Club House? Parties are NOT allowed in the club house. There are no parties allowed at the pool either. During swimming season you are allowed up to 4 guests per day.
2) How old do you have to be to get into the pool without a parent? 14 with a school I.D.
3) Can you skateboard at the Club House? No. In addition, there is absolutely no fishing, loitering, throwing of rocks or littering.
Landscaping:
Please contact the Landscape Committee (Rich Kendziuk: rkendziuk@comcast.net) for any of the following:
1) I have a mailbox or street sign issue who do I contact?
2) The street light is out in front of my house, what do I do?
3) There is a problem with Sprinklers or Fountains, who should I contact?
4) Who do I contact if there is a problem with the tree in front of my home between the street and sidewalk? The City of Rochester at (248) 651-9061.
5) Do I need to contact someone if I make any changes to the exterior of my home or changes to my landscaping? Yes, you must contact Steve Seaton: seatonfamily@comcast.net .
NOTE: Before cutting down any tree, for any reason, you must FIRST obtain permission/permit from the City of Rochester.
Homeowner Association:
1) How do I get a copy of the By Laws and/or Deed Restrictions? They are on the website under the "Bylaws" section.
2) When do dues need to be paid? Payment of dues (the SCRHA 2019 dues are $770) must be paid and postmarked by February 28 of the year in question or you will be assessed a late fee and finance charges monthly. There are no exceptions.
3) Where do I send my dues once I receive an invoice in January?

5) How do I get subdivision news?
· Newsletters are distributed in May and November and they are either mailed or placed in the newspaper slots of your mailbox.
· Annual Homeowners meeting is in October
