Resident Tracking
- Please contact Dan Lambert by filling in the form below, if you know of someone moving in or out of the subdivision or you are in need of correcting lot ownership data.
Pet owners – While walking your pets, please be courteous of your neighbors.
Not all residents share your enthusiasm about pets and their lawns are private
property. Please try to AVOID your pets “visiting” your neighbors lawns for their
business. At the very least, make certain any droppings are picked up.
Landscaping/Grounds Committee Updates: Mulch is rotated every other year between exterior perimeter and entrances and interior cul-de-sacs. This year mulch is scheduled for the interior cul-de-sacs only and should be installed by Memorial weekend. Common grounds and perimeter cutting will continue to be maintained on a weekly basis. Please make sure all common grounds are free from personal items. We want to make sure the subdivision is looking its best to attract interested buyers and maintain our property values. Flowers will be installed by Memorial weekend, weather permitting. Chemicals are used in both the Kentfield pond and Club House pond so keep your children away from the ponds. In an effort to reduce cost, street lights will be replaced every other month. If you have any issues, please use the Stony Creek Ridge website so they can be addressed. Please use the Stony Creek Ridge website if you have a damaged mailbox or one in need of repair to notify the Landscape Committee. Please keep in mind that the common areas are available to all homeowners for enjoyment, however, the following guidelines do apply to all homeowners:
REMEMBER NO SKATEBOARDING AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE OR ON THE TENNIS COURTS
Personal Belongings cannot be left on common grounds. Plantings on common ground can only be done by the subdivision landscape committee.
It should be noted no one is permitted to plant or place objects (PLAY SETS MUST BE MOVED OFF OF COMMON PROPERTY!!) on SCRHA Common Areas.
Please note homeowners should not dump grass clippings, weeds, mulch or debris of any kind into any common area or pond.
